Terms and Conditions for Return to Rhythm Reflexology (last updated 23rd August 2026)

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a full member of the AoR demonstrates that I have completed a

quality, nationally recognised VTCT Diploma in Reflexology and accredited continuing professional development and I have support from the AoR.

As an AoR member:

· I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.

· I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.

· I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements.

· I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures the practice is kept up to date.

· I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see the separate Privacy policy and GDPR complaints policy. Your information will

remain confidential at all times.

· As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with AOR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and

support.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that reflexology and reiki are complementary therapies to support relaxation and general wellbeing and are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

1. Cancellation Policy

I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost to cover the time

reserved and associated overheads.

2. Appointments

· When making an appointment you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

· When making the appointment you agree to a consultation with me prior to the treatment

and you will disclose any relevant medical or lifestyle information.

. You agree that if you have vomiting, diarrhoea, a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms to contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment. If you present at your appointment with these symptoms and the treatment is unable to go ahead, the fee is un-refundable and non-transferable.

. If you present with any condition or symptom which could be a contraindication (reason not to provide reflexology), I reserve the right to

postpone our treatment until medical advice is sought.

3. Fees

· The fees are as follows, they are payable in full at the time of booking.

. £58 - 60 minute reflexology appointment

. £156 for a course of 6 x 60 min appointments

(saving £18) when paid for upfront at the time of booking.

· I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.

. Payment can be made via my booking system - Stripe - Credit or Debit Card

5. Treatment packages

· I offer the option to book a package of 3

treatments. These are provided for at a reduced price, saving £18, as they are paid for in advance.

· These treatments can be booked during normal working hours with no restrictions.

· Where an appointment is booked and missed, the cancellation policy will apply and the appointment forfeited.

· These treatments have to be used within 6 months of purchase.

6. Use of background music

· I only play Royalty free music within the business and therefore I am not required to have The Music License. I am unable to play your preferred music selection due to UK laws.

7. Complementary and Natural Healthcare
