Hi there, I’m Hayley…

I’m a qualified reflexologist, reiki practitioner, aromatherapist, ICF accredited coach and busy mum to an energetic 6 year old. My background includes 12 years as a registered nurse and more than 22 years working in healthcare. Along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Nutrition in Practice, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to support your wellbeing journey.

After years of navigating stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), fertility challenges and deep exhaustion, I rebuilt my wellbeing through a blend of nutrition, stress management, cyclical living, mind-body healing and inner work.

At Return to Rhythm, I support women who have spent a lifetime putting everyone else first to reconnect with themselves and prioritise their hormones, confidence and wellbeing. My approach weaves together reflexology, coaching, meditation, hormone and cycle awareness, and mind, body and soul nourishment.

I’ve been talking about the power of our cycles, our womb wisdom and living in rhythm with our bodies since 2016. I believe wholeheartedly that everything changes when you learn to trust yourself again and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body.

I support women to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels both informed and intuitive. My approach blends clear, science-led understanding with space to slow down, listen, and respond to what your body actually needs.

Through reflexology, we support relaxation, nervous system balance, and restoration, helping your body move out of constant stress and into a more regulated state. My expertise allows me to consider women’s wellbeing from multiple angles, energy, stress, hormones, and daily demands.

Here, we rebuild resilience, restore energy, and help you feel more grounded and steady in yourself, using an approach rooted in evidence, experience, and guided by cyclical wisdom.

You don’t need fixing. You need support that understands the full picture of women’s wellbeing, and offers clarity, compassion, and depth as you reconnect with yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Are you fully qualified & insured?

Yes, I learnt reflexology over 18 months in face to face, hands on lessons and was awarded with a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I am fully insured with Balens insurance and a full member of The Association of Reflexology. I also bring a wealth of experience from working in healthcare for over 22 years, 12 years of which as a registered nurse.

What happens during my first appointment?

Your first appointment begins with a discussion about your health, wellbeing, lifestyle and goals. This helps me understand your unique needs and tailor the session to you. You’ll then have time to relax and enjoy your treatment in a calm, welcoming space.

Do I need to take my clothes off for reflexology?

No. Reflexology is performed on the feet, so you’ll only need to remove your shoes and socks. You will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. For reflexology, you’ll simply need access to your feet and lower legs.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves applying soothing massage and pressure to specific points on the feet. Many people find reflexology deeply relaxing and beneficial for reducing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.

Can reflexology help with hormonal health?

Many women choose reflexology as part of their wellbeing routine when navigating hormonal changes, menstrual cycle concerns, fertility journeys, perimenopause, menopause, stress and fatigue. Reflexology is not a medical treatment, but it may help support relaxation and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.

What is reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy-based therapy that aims to promote deep relaxation and a sense of calm. During a reiki session, you remain fully clothed while I place my hands lightly on or just above the body.

What can I expect to feel after a treatment?

Everyone’s experience is different. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, calmer, lighter and more grounded after a reflexology or reiki session. Some notice improvements in sleep, stress levels and overall wellbeing over time.

How many sessions will I need and how frequently?

This varies depending on your goals and individual circumstances. Most clients choose regular sessions, fortnightly or monthly for ongoing support. We can discuss what may be most appropriate for you during your appointment.

Is reflexology safe during pregnancy?

Reflexology can be enjoyed throughout pregnancy when provided by a suitably trained practitioner. Please let me know if you are pregnant when booking so I can ensure your treatment is tailored appropriately.

Can my male partner, friend or family member book in?

My reflexology sessions are currently offered exclusively to women, allowing me to provide focused, women-centred support in a safe and supportive space.
